Value Widget
A big number. The Value widget shows a single reading from one device's field, formatted to be readable across the room. Use it when you want at-a-glance visibility for a metric that matters: current temperature, battery level, latest reading.
Chart Widget
Time-series chart for trends. The Chart widget plots one or more series over time as lines, areas, or bars, with up to 10 series per widget. It's the workhorse for any "how is this changing" question.
Gauge Widget
A visual gauge for values that map onto a fixed range. The Gauge widget supports radial dials, circular donuts, horizontal and vertical bars, animated liquid tanks, battery icons, signal bars, and compass headings.
Status Widget
A colored pill indicator. The Status widget shows a single state at a glance: connected / disconnected, OK / warning / alarm, on / off. It's compact, high-contrast, and ideal for at-a-glance dashboards where users scan many devices.
History Widget
A table of recent uplinks from a single device. Each row is a single uplink with the timestamp and the chosen fields' values at that moment. Use it when users need to scan recent events row-by-row.
Embed Widget
Embeds an external web page inside a dashboard tile. The Embed widget renders any https page (a Grafana panel, a weather map, a camera feed, an internal tool) in a sandboxed frame, so you can bring outside context onto the same dashboard as your live device data.
Toggle Widget
An on/off (or open/close) switch for a dashboard. Instead of placing two separate buttons, the Toggle widget combines a "switch on" command and a "switch off" command into a single control, and shows the current state at a glance.
Gateways Widget
A compact roster of gateways with their online/offline state at a glance. The Gateways widget puts gateway health on any dashboard, so users who don't have the Fleet view, including sub-account viewers, can still see whether their gateways are up.
Image Widget
Shows a static image on a dashboard tile: a site photo, a floor plan, a wiring diagram, a logo, or any other picture that gives an operator context alongside their live device data. Unlike the data widgets, it does not bind to a device or field; it only needs a picture.
State Timeline Widget
Horizontal state bands over a time range. Where the Status widget answers "what is the state right now", the State Timeline answers "how long was each state over this window": motion / no motion across the day, machine running hours derived from a current reading, or a device's online / offline history.
Count Widget
A single large number: how many devices or gateways currently match a condition. Use it for at-a-glance KPIs like "offline devices", "devices alerting right now", "sensors above a threshold", or "gateways online at Site A".
Floor Plan Map Widget
Your own building plan, site drawing, or process diagram as a live dashboard canvas. Upload an image, drop pins on it, and each pin shows a device's latest reading, a gateway's online state, or a shortcut to another dashboard. Viewers can zoom and pan the plan and click any pin for detail.
Visualization Widget
A saved Analytics visualization as a dashboard tile. Where every other widget reads live fields from a device, this one shows a chart built in Analytics (Beta): a 90-day trend, a ranking of sites, a heatmap by hour of day. It brings the historical view onto the same screen as the live one.
Geo Map Widget
Your devices and gateways on a real-world map. Add pins for the hardware you care about, and each pin shows a device's latest reading or state, a gateway's online state, or a shortcut to another dashboard. Viewers can zoom, pan, filter, and click any pin for detail.
